Podcaster Hila Klein has filed for divorce from her husband, Ethan Klein, two weeks after publicly alleging that he had been unfaithful. TMZ and Page Six reported on November 2 that the filing cites court documents.
Hila, 38, reportedly listed October 10, 2012, as their marriage date and October 13, 2026, as their separation date. She is seeking joint custody of the couple’s three sons, Theodore, 7, Bruce, 4, and Sunny, 2, as well as spousal support. The reports also say she wants Ethan, 41, to pay her legal fees and is seeking to restore her maiden name, Hacmon.
On October 23, Hila wrote on Instagram that her husband had been having an affair and that she had been misled for months. She said Ethan eventually acknowledged an affair lasting more than six months, adding that she did not know its full extent. Hila also said they were separated and that she was focusing on herself and their children.
Ethan responded in an Instagram Story by asking people to respect his family’s privacy and not contact them seeking comments from him.
