Justin Baldoni has quietly sold his three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Culver City, California, for $2.1 million, according to Page Six. The off-market sale took place in August after the actor and director moved with his family to Tennessee.

Built in 1952, the property sits on a 5,736-square-foot lot and includes a swimming pool, wood-vaulted ceilings and updated finishes. Baldoni bought the fixer-upper in 2017 for $1.04 million and later carried out extensive renovations, resulting in an approximate $1 million profit.

In 2020, Baldoni said on Instagram that he had spent three years renovating the house, describing the project as a labor of love and saying he had used feng shui throughout the home.

The sale does not mark the end of Baldoni’s property ties to California. He still owns a five-bedroom Spanish-style home in Ojai, which he listed for $8.88 million in April. The property was removed from the market the following month.

Baldoni, his wife and their children moved to Nashville in January and purchased a home there for $3.4 million. An unnamed source told People in May that the family had relocated to Music City for a fresh start and was concentrating on family and moving forward.

The move came as Baldoni stepped back from Hollywood during his legal dispute with his “It Ends With Us” co-star Blake Lively. In December 2024, Lively accused him of sexual harassment during the film’s production and of coordinating a smear campaign against her.
