Victoria Zardoya, the 20-year-old friend of Milania Giudice, had ketamine and norketamine in her blood when she suffered the injuries that later proved fatal, according to a medical examiner’s report obtained by TMZ. The toxicology results also showed alcohol and etomidate, a medication used for sedation.

The blood sample was collected on July 24, the day Zardoya was injured. The report does not establish when or why the substances were administered or whether they contributed to her fall.

The medical examiner classified Zardoya’s death as accidental and listed craniocerebral trauma as the cause. The autopsy documented skull fractures and bleeding around the brain.

Zardoya was exploring the historic Fort Dade ruins on Florida’s Egmont Key with friends when she fell on July 24, according to TMZ’s earlier reporting. She died from her injuries on July 26. Her friend Victoria Silberbusch later said the group had done everything they could to help.

Zardoya and Giudice, daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, had been best friends since childhood. Giudice honored her friend with a tattoo reading “Baby V.”
