Dorit Kemsley allegedly stopped informing her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, about their children’s schooling during their contentious divorce, according to a declaration filed by PK and obtained by TMZ.

PK said Dorit did not involve him in choosing their son’s school and described what he called her “complete and intentional lack of communication and collaboration” on important decisions as “shocking and disheartening.” He also claimed that he received no information from Dorit about school events unless their son told him directly.

In the declaration, PK alleged that Dorit continued making decisions without involving him. He also criticized her parenting, describing it as “parenting from afar” and claiming she was not a present parent.

PK further alleged that Dorit had delegated day-to-day responsibilities to their nanny and housekeeper, including picking up the children from school and preparing their meals. Dorit denies those claims.

The declaration was filed hours before Dorit and PK reached a confidential settlement concerning their finances. However, the former couple is still working toward an agreement on custody.
