A 911 call from the October 30 motorcycle crash that killed influencer Liam Fitzgerald captures a stranger’s urgent effort to get help after finding him in Miramar, Florida. TMZ reported it obtained the audio.
The caller told the dispatcher he was driving home when he noticed a motorcycle in the grass. After stopping to investigate, he found Fitzgerald on the ground and said, “I’m glad I saw him.” As emergency crews headed to the scene, he pleaded with the dispatcher to hurry.
The man said Fitzgerald appeared to have hit a traffic sign, which was bent. Authorities have not confirmed what caused the crash. The caller used Fitzgerald’s cellphone to contact 911 and remained with him until police arrived.
Earlier dispatch audio indicated Fitzgerald was motionless but apparently still breathing. Police told TMZ that no witnesses to the crash itself had come forward and that the investigation was ongoing. Fitzgerald later died from his injuries; his girlfriend, Jamie, announced his death on social media.
