The relationships of several stars from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives have changed since the Hulu series debuted in 2024. The developments include finalized divorces, breakups and ongoing separations, alongside public custody disputes.

Jessi Draper and Jordan Ngatikaura finalized their divorce in September 2026, ending five years of marriage. Jordan had filed in March, months after Draper’s emotional cheating scandal with fellow Hulu star Marciano Brunette while filming Vanderpump Villa. The former couple share two children, Jagger and Jovi. Draper later confirmed she was dating Brunette.

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen’s relationship also ended, with the former couple’s separation leading to a custody dispute in 2026. They share a son, Ever, born in March 2024. In March, Mortensen sought a temporary restraining order, alleging Paul had choked him and pushed him into a window during an argument the previous month. Paul denied the allegations. A judge granted Mortensen temporary sole custody, and both were issued protective orders; Paul was also granted visitation. Paul has two older children with her ex-husband, Tate Paul, and has also been involved in a custody dispute with him since June 2026.

Layla Taylor said in February 2026 that she and boyfriend Mason McWhorter had ended their seven-month relationship. She said there was no bad blood and that they were on different paths. Taylor, who has two sons with her ex-husband, later publicly came out as bisexual and began dating Kelsie Chesser.

Mikayla Matthews and her husband, Jace Terry, remain in the process of working through their relationship after separating during season four, which premiered in March 2026. The couple, who have four children, had discussed unresolved intimacy issues in the previous season. Matthews has also spoken about managing chronic illness and her health after giving birth.

Jen Affleck reportedly filed for divorce from Zac Affleck in November 2026, shortly before the premiere of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County. Court documents cited by TMZ said she filed a petition in Utah and submitted a proposed parenting plan. Affleck is pregnant with the couple’s fourth child.
