Melissa Rycroft was arrested after police identified her as the alleged driver in a hit-and-run involving a Southlake Fire Department ambulance in Southlake, Texas, according to a police report cited by Us Weekly.

The collision happened on Saturday, October 31, at about 5:50 p.m. at the intersection of South Peytonville Avenue and Chimney Works Drive. Police said the ambulance was stopped at a stop sign when another vehicle struck it and left. No injuries were reported.

Officers located the alleged driver a short time later and identified her as Rycroft, 43. Following an investigation, she was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense; an accident involving more than $200 in damage; and driving with an invalid license, according to a police release dated November 1. She was taken to the Keller Regional Detention Facility for processing. Her bond was set at $9,000 in total.

The incident remains under investigation. Us Weekly said Rycroft’s former spokesperson told the outlet they no longer represent her.

The arrest follows Rycroft’s August guilty plea in a previous DWI case. Under that deal, she received 20 months of probation instead of 280 days in jail, and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and complete 36 hours of community service. The court also required her to complete a DWI education program and barred her from driving without a camera-equipped ignition interlock device.
