Photos from the workshop of prosthetics supplier The Makeup Armoury may have offered a glimpse of characters in “The Batman: Part II.” The images were shared while the company was documenting the creation of Heidi Klum’s elaborate severed-hand Halloween costume, made with prosthetics expert Mike Marino.
Marino previously transformed Colin Farrell into the Penguin for the HBO series and the first “The Batman” film. Fans examining the workshop photos noticed several head casts on a shelf that they thought resembled actors Charles Dance and Brian Tyree Henry. Henry’s cast appeared to have scarring, prompting speculation that he could play Two-Face.
Another cast appeared to resemble Sebastian Stan and was positioned near a storage box labeled “Zsasz,” the name of a Batman villain. These possible identifications have not been confirmed by the film’s team.
Stan, Dance and Henry were all announced as cast members in May, but the workshop images are the first possible visual clues to the characters they may portray.
