Bravo’s “In the City” is adding five new cast members for its second season: Brittany Whitfield, Robert Morrison, Reagan Baker, Natasha Parker and Barthelemy Jallet. They will join the returning cast as filming gets underway.

The new season was filmed in Cancún, Mexico, at SLS Playa Mujeres. Cast members recorded scenes throughout the resort, including at the spa, on the beach and during evening events held as part of the venue’s “Taste of SLS” weekend.

Kyle Cooke performed a DJ set at the resort’s pool party, which also featured The Chainsmokers and Bomba Estéreo. Returning cast members in Mexico included Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, Gavin Moseley, Yvonne Najor, Nick Barber, Kenny Martin and Whitney Fransway. Parker, Whitfield, Baker and Morrison were also present for filming.

Parker previously appeared on Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor” and later joined “Bachelor in Paradise.” She is a certified meditation teacher based in New York City and hosts the podcast “Hidden Gems with Natasha Parker.”

Whitfield is a New York City-based celebrity makeup artist and licensed esthetician. She is married to fellow newcomer Morrison. Baker, who is married to Jallet, is a hairstylist and the founder of the Soho salon House of Reagan. Baker also appeared on HBO Max’s dating series “Swiping America” in 2023.

The Season 2 cast changes follow the departures of Amanda Batula, Danielle Olivera and her partner Eoin Heavey, along with Andrea Denver and his wife, Lexi Sundin.

Reports about Batula’s exit have offered different explanations. One source previously claimed Bravo wanted her to return in a reduced, part-time role, but that she declined because the network would not allow her to film with her boyfriend, Wilson. Another source disputed that account, saying the timing was not right for the couple, while a third alleged that the network was unwilling to meet Batula’s salary expectations.
