Melissa Rycroft has been charged with driving while intoxicated in what is described as her second DWI case, just months after resolving her first case.
The former Bachelor star was also charged with driving while her license was invalid following a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility, as well as collision causing damage to a vehicle valued at less than $200.
According to Tarrant County jail records, Rycroft was arrested and booked on Sunday.
In August, she was sentenced in connection with her 2025 DWI. The sentence included 20 months of probation and approximately $2,000 in fines and court costs. She was also ordered to complete 36 hours of community service, finish a DWI education course and undergo a substance abuse evaluation.
The plea agreement additionally prohibited her from drinking alcohol or using drugs while on probation. The latest case remains an alleged DWI charge.
