Victoria Zardoya, a close friend of Milania Giudice, had ketamine in her system when she died after a fall in July, according to a medical examiner’s report cited by TMZ. Toxicology tests also detected norketamine, a substance produced as the body processes ketamine, as well as alcohol and etomidate, a medication used for general anesthesia.

The 20-year-old’s death was ruled accidental. The medical examiner recorded the cause as craniocerebral trauma, citing skull fractures and bleeding around the brain.

On July 24, Zardoya fell down a flight of stairs while exploring the Fort Dade ruins on Egmont Key near Tampa Bay, Florida. She was airlifted to a nearby hospital in critical condition and died three days later from her injuries.

Zardoya had grown up as a neighbor and close family friend of Giudice and her family.
