Tyler Baltierra and Catelynn Lowell continue to celebrate their long-standing relationship. The couple, who first met in middle school and have been married for 11 years, recently exchanged affectionate messages on social media.
On Nov. 1, Baltierra praised Lowell in an Instagram post featuring her witch costumes from 2025 and 2026. He said she had lost 30 pounds and wrote that he was proud of her, while also emphasizing that she was always beautiful to him.
Baltierra has previously spoken about his own health journey, which took place in 2018. The couple, now 34, are the longest-running pair from the Teen Mom franchise. They share daughters Nova, 11, Vaeda, 7, and Rya, 4. Their eldest daughter, Carly, was placed for adoption in 2009.
In an Oct. 7 tribute, Baltierra wrote that if he could relive their relationship, he would only change one thing: meeting Lowell sooner so he could love her for longer. Lowell expressed a similar sentiment in a 2025 post, saying she would love him throughout this lifetime and every life after it.
The couple are not the only Teen Mom personalities focused on lasting relationships. Kailyn Lowry recently told E! News that she wants to become a wife and had discussed her expectations with boyfriend Isaac “Ike” Knighton early in their 18-month relationship.
Lowry said she hopes to have a ring before their second anniversary in the spring, while acknowledging that not everyone follows the same timeline. She also said she would question why Knighton was doing other “husband-type things” if he did not intend to pursue marriage.
Knighton has become part of Lowry’s family life, which includes her children Elliott, 16, Lincoln, 12, Lux, 9, Creed, 6, and 4-year-old twins Rio, Verse, and Valley.
Amber Portwood is also in a committed relationship, describing her boyfriend of nearly a year as her “anchor.” The Teen Mom romances include relationships moving forward smoothly as well as others that have faced more difficult periods.
