TikTok creator Marcel Johnson has died at 32 after battling stomach cancer. His wife, Taylor, announced his death in an Instagram post, saying he died on November 2, 2026, at 4:45 p.m.
Taylor wrote that Johnson had fought for a long time and was exhausted and in pain. She said his final words to her and Dedric that day were, “I’m ready to go,” adding that he continued to hold on for several more hours.
Johnson was a father of five. He was diagnosed with cancer last August and spent the past 15 months sharing his experience on social media.
Taylor said she was struggling to process the loss and wrote that her life would never be the same without him.
