Taylor Swift spent time greeting guests at an all-guild screening and Q&A for “Toy Story 5” at Disney’s downtown Manhattan offices on Sunday, according to Page Six. Attendees told the outlet that she hugged children, spoke with guests and posed for selfies and signed autographs.
Swift also chatted with journalists at the event. New York writer Michael Musto said in an Instagram post that she complimented his sweater and told him it was nice to see him again.
The singer is seeking her first Academy Award nomination, in the Best Original Song category, for “I Knew It, I Knew You.” During the Q&A, she said she and her longtime friend Abigail Anderson still imitate characters from “Napoleon Dynamite,” a habit their husbands have to put up with.
Oscar nominations are scheduled to be announced on Jan. 21, 2027.
