A woman identified as Jane Doe has sued Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, and her son, Hayden Hitt, alleging that Hitt became violent toward her and that Daily encouraged her to forgive him. In the lawsuit, Jane Doe claims she reported the alleged assault to police, but that the Clearwater Police Department quickly closed the investigation because of Daily’s alleged connections within the Church of Scientology.

The Clearwater Police Department disputed that account in a statement issued Saturday. Police said they began investigating in March and referred the matter to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office for possible prosecution. The department added that the case remains open and that reports describing it as closed are inaccurate.

The lawsuit is connected to allegations stemming from a March 28 house party. Another plaintiff, identified as Jane B. Doe, claims Hitt described her as “Free P***y” in a group chat and allegedly staged an auction in his kitchen offering her for sex while she was incapacitated.

Jane B. Doe further alleges that a minor identified as John B. Doe sexually assaulted her for several hours while Hitt guarded the door. She claims the alleged assault caused vaginal and anal trauma. She is suing Sky Daily and Hayden Hitt for negligence, John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and his parents for allegedly failing to supervise him properly.

The first Jane Doe is suing Hitt for battery, Daily over a civil claim related to alleged criminal practices, and both defendants for emotional distress. She also alleges that Daily expelled her from the home where she had been staying after she contacted police.

Daily was previously contacted for comment on the lawsuits, but no response has been reported.
