Investigators documented three firearms and multiple bullets at Erin Benavides’ home in Port Aransas, Texas, after her death on Oct. 14, according to a police report obtained by Page Six. Benavides, 54, was previously accused of having an emotional affair with Tony Parker while he was married to Eva Longoria.

The report says authorities received a call at about 7:08 p.m. from someone reporting that a woman had threatened to take her own life. Police responded after a friend of Benavides’ husband received an alarming text message from her. Officers forced their way into the residence and found her with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The Port Aransas Police Department told Page Six that officers responded to a welfare concern at approximately 7:34 p.m. The Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office attended the scene and took responsibility for determining the official cause and manner of death.

Police said their preliminary investigation found no indication of foul play, while noting that the case remains active and ongoing.

Benavides worked as a prosecutor in Texas and with organizations supporting vulnerable children. She resigned from her position with the 38th Judicial District in August 2026, two months before her death.
