Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt spent Halloween together with their 10-month-old daughter, Scottie, taking her trick-or-treating while dressed as characters from The Sopranos. Hewitt shared photos of the family’s costumes on Instagram on Nov. 1, captioning them “smells like Halloween.”
Scottie dressed as Tony Soprano, wearing a robe and gold watch, carrying a fake cigar and sitting in a wagon decorated with ducks and a Bada Bing sign. Hewitt portrayed Christopher Moltisanti in a tracksuit, gold chain and neck brace, while Davidson dressed as Paulie “Walnuts” Gualtieri in a leather jacket with silver hair at the sides.
The outing followed the former couple’s breakup in the spring. In July, Davidson and Hewitt told Page Six that they were “cooperatively co-parenting” their daughter and that her well-being remained their top priority. They also said they were committed to working together so Scottie could receive love from both parents.
The Halloween celebration was not the first public sign of a friendly post-breakup relationship. In August, Hewitt thanked Davidson on Instagram for getting her tickets to see Olivia Dean, whose music she said had become part of her and Scottie’s daily routine.
Davidson and Hewitt are among celebrity former couples who have continued to share parenting responsibilities. Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk have likewise been seen trick-or-treating with their daughter Lea since their 2019 split. In a 2021 interview with ELLE, Shayk described parenting as a role both parents fully embrace when their daughter is with them.
