The National Transportation Safety Board is providing an update on the fatal crash of a Learjet 60 in Palm Beach, Florida, with the briefing being streamed live.

The aircraft crashed at about 1 p.m. Sunday, just miles from Mar-a-Lago. Video showed the plane falling from the sky before it struck the ground and erupted in flames.

The flight was traveling east from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas when it entered a steep descent. Dispatch audio indicated that the crew had reported mild turbulence and ice and intended to climb. Flight data later showed the aircraft descending at a rate of 32,000 feet per minute.

A female crew member was heard saying, “Holy f***, we’re out of time” shortly before the crash.

All nine people aboard were killed, including 20-year-old co-pilot Nathalia Gadelha. She obtained her pilot’s license at age 17 and later graduated from high school.
