Milla Jovovich celebrated her daughter Ever’s 19th birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post and a new photo in which the pair appeared strikingly alike.
“Happy 19th bday to my little queen Ever!!!” Jovovich wrote on Nov. 3. She praised her eldest child for making purposeful use of the experiences and skills she had encountered, and said she admired the capable, resourceful person Ever had become.
Jovovich also described Ever’s beauty as impossible to miss, but said she valued even more her daughter’s ambition to become an independent, passionate, cultured and disciplined person. She called Ever a gift as both a daughter and a friend, and said she now admired her as someone separate and unique.
Jovovich shares Ever with her husband, Paul W.S. Anderson. The couple also have children Dashiel, 11, and Osian, 6. Ever marked the milestone herself by posting childhood photos and writing that she felt she had “blinked and turned 19.”
In a 2024 Instagram post, Jovovich reflected on watching Ever grow from a newborn into a rational, articulate person, calling it an honor and a privilege to raise her.
