Michael J. Fox marked daughter Esme’s 25th birthday with a series of photos reflecting moments from her life. In an Instagram post on Nov. 3, Fox wrote that she had been “many people” over the past 25 years and called them all “fabulous,” adding that he loved her very much.
The images included a childhood photo of Esme with her mother, Tracy Pollan, as well as later milestones, such as Esme’s graduation from Duke University and her participation in the New York City Marathon.
The birthday tribute follows Esme’s appearance with Fox, Pollan and her siblings at the 2026 Emmy Awards in September. Fox was honored at the event with the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award. During his remarks, he thanked his family for their sacrifices, patience and love throughout his Parkinson’s diagnosis, which he said began in 1991.
Fox has also celebrated his family’s support through their involvement in events benefiting his Parkinson’s foundation. In March, Esme and her brother Schuyler ran the New York City Half Marathon in its honor. Fox congratulated them and the other Team Fox runners in an Instagram post.
