Meredith Marks is not ruling out Monica Garcia returning to The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, though she says the decision is not hers to make. Speaking to Us while promoting season 7, Marks said she would need to see how things develop before deciding whether Garcia’s return would fit.
Marks also said she still has questions about what happened during the cast’s Bermuda trip. Garcia admitted there that she had run the RealityVonTease account, which posted rumors about the cast. Garcia said she created the page to expose former friend and RHOSLC alum Jen Shah. News of Garcia’s departure from the show broke in January 2024, after her season 4 appearance.
The possibility of a return gained attention after Andy Cohen named Garcia when asked at Bravo Fan Fest 2026 which one-season Housewife might deserve another chance. Garcia later shared a clip of Cohen’s remarks on Instagram.
Marks said she has enjoyed Garcia’s appearances with Carlos King on his Reality With the King podcast, where Garcia discusses RHOSLC episodes. While Marks could not say whether bringing Garcia back would be the right move, she said she was no longer completely closed to the idea.
Marks is also working on a diss track. She said she had written it after what she described as nasty behavior toward her the previous year, then set it aside before deciding to put it into production. She clarified that the track was not “Hypocrisy and Bulls***,” the song she sang at costar Bronwyn Newport’s party in a recent episode.
