Alexa Curtin, daughter of former “Real Housewives of Orange County” cast member Lynne Curtin, was cited for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia at a Jack in the Box in Fullerton, California, on July 21, according to TMZ. Police allegedly found an opium pipe, and the charge is a misdemeanor. The citation also described Alexa as homeless.
The report follows Alexa’s public comments in February about her struggles with addiction and homelessness. She said her drinking became heavier after high school, later escalating to pills and then hard drugs. In a video that month, she also spoke about years of fentanyl use and described her situation as a “cry for help.”
Alexa said she had experienced a sexual assault and lost two fingers in a car accident connected to her drug use. She also said she had been cut off from her parents, telling the Daily Mail that she did not “even have parents anymore.”
Lynne Curtin’s representative did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment. Alexa appeared on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” with her mother, father Frank Curtin and sister Raquel between 2009 and 2010.
