Lake Bell has publicly confirmed her relationship with artist Rashid Johnson. On October 31, the 47-year-old actress shared a photo of the couple on Instagram with the caption, “Happy Hallow-hard launch.”
In the image, Bell wore a black stole and matching beret, while Johnson, 49, appeared in a navy velvet tuxedo jacket. Bell’s post marked the couple’s first clear public confirmation of their relationship, although it is not known when they began dating.
Bell and Johnson have already attended several events together. In September, they appeared at a New York Times event celebrating 175 years of independent reporting. They also attended the American Ballet Theatre Fall Gala several days before Bell’s Instagram post.
Bell was previously married to Scott Campbell from 2013 to 2020. They share two children, daughter Nova and son Ozgood. In 2022, Bell was reported to be dating Chris Rock, who later said he was single in his 2023 Netflix comedy special.
Johnson was previously married to fellow artist Sheree Hovsepian for 15 years. They announced their split earlier this year and share a 14-year-old son, Julius.
