Kelly Stafford has questioned the NFL’s scheduling of the Los Angeles Rams’ 2026 season, arguing that the team has not been given a full bye week. Her husband, quarterback Matthew Stafford, is in his 18th NFL season.
In an Instagram Story on Tuesday, November 3, Kelly asked the league to explain why the Rams were the only team without a “true bye week.” She added that after 18 years around football, she could use a week off herself, and said she was tired just watching from the stands.
The Rams are scheduled to play the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, November 15, before facing the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday, November 25. The earlier-than-usual return to action is the reason Kelly described the break as shortened. Matthew Stafford has not publicly commented on the schedule, according to the report.
