Hila Klein has filed for divorce from her husband, Ethan Klein, according to legal documents described in a report by TMZ. The filing lists October 13, 2026, as their date of separation, three days after the date of their marriage listed in the papers: October 10, 2012.
Hila publicly accused Ethan of having an affair on October 22, nine days after the separation date in the filing. She announced that the couple was navigating a separation that day.
The filing requests joint custody of their three sons, Theodore, 7, Bruce, 4, and Sunny, 2. Hila is also seeking spousal support and payment of her legal fees, the report says. She is represented by attorney Laura Wasser.
Ethan has not responded, according to the report. The H3 Podcast, hosted by the couple, is on hiatus, and it is unclear whether it will return.
