Hila Klein has filed for divorce from her husband, Ethan Klein, after 14 years of marriage, according to documents obtained by Page Six. TMZ first reported the filing. The papers list October 10, 2012, as their wedding date and October 13, 2026, as their separation date.
Hila is seeking joint custody of the couple’s three minor children, spousal support, the restoration of her maiden name and payment of her legal fees, Page Six reported. She is represented by divorce attorney Laura Wasser.
The filing follows Hila’s Instagram post last Thursday, in which she accused Ethan of having an affair and said she had been given repeated lies for months. She wrote that her concerns had been met with dismissive responses and no action, and that she decided to end the relationship after catching him in a lie. Hila said Ethan later admitted the affair had lasted more than six months.
Ethan was also removed from the “H3 Podcast,” where he and Hila had been co-hosts. The podcast team said it had cut ties with him after learning about the affair and expressed support for Hila. The crew said it was still working through what the situation would mean for the show’s future.
Page Six reported that it had contacted Ethan for comment but had not received a response at the time of publication.
