Fraser Olender says he and his ex-boyfriend Matt Rogers briefly rekindled their relationship after filming the 13th season of “Below Deck” in Thailand, before ending things for good in July.
“We had a really nice sort of blissful rekindling” after filming, Olender said in an interview Tuesday. He added that he later moved to the other side of the world, leaving the relationship at that point.
Olender, 33, and Rogers, 36, began dating in August 2025 and appeared together at BravoCon three months later. Rogers also supported Olender when he was hospitalized in December 2025 after a vaping-induced heart attack.
While filming the latest season in Thailand earlier this year, Olender said the couple had put their relationship on pause. He later explained that his demanding work schedule and the distance between them contributed to their final split in July. Maintaining a relationship while working on a yacht takes “a certain type of time and person,” he said.
The pair remain on good terms, according to Olender. He said they still support and adore each other, and that he was due to see Rogers the following day.
Olender has also teased a steamy interaction with deckhand James Bishop in the episodes ahead. “Below Deck” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes streaming on Peacock the next day.
