After making it through Dancing With the Stars’ Horror Movie Night, the remaining celebrities are preparing for the competition’s Disney Night. The special episode will see the contestants perform routines set to songs from films and musicals that have shaped popular culture.
With three weeks remaining until the season 35 champion is announced, the stars are taking on a range of Disney-inspired performances. Olympian Amber Glenn will perform a quickstep to “A Star Is Born” from Hercules, while Connor Wood will waltz to Tangled’s “I See the Light.” Ezra Frech is scheduled to perform a samba to The Little Mermaid’s “Under the Sea.”
Maura Higgins will jive to Peter Pan’s “You Can Fly! You Can Fly! You Can Fly!”, and Tatyana Ali will perform a contemporary routine to “Easy as Life” from Aida.
Jenna Dewan, reunited with partner Val Chmerkovskiy, will quickstep to Beauty and the Beast’s “Be Our Guest.” Harry Shum Jr. will perform a jazz routine to Mary Poppins’ “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”
Julia Stiles is also set to compete despite continuing to deal with a rib injury that contributed to a low score on Oct. 27. She will perform a paso doble to “Satisfied” from Hamilton during the Nov. 2 Disney Night episode.
The episode places the competition’s remaining performers in a more celebratory setting after the darker Horror Movie Night, with routines drawing on familiar Disney stories, songs and characters.
