Chad Lowe and his wife, Kim Painter, have listed their Los Angeles home following the death of their 13-year-old daughter, Fiona. Real estate records reviewed by Us on October 31 show that the couple accepted an offer of $3.249 million, subject to certain conditions. TMZ first reported the listing.

Lowe, 58, and Painter, 52, bought the four-bedroom property in March 2025, several months after losing their previous home in the Palisades wildfires. The couple has not publicly commented on the decision to sell, according to the report.

In September, Lowe and Painter announced Fiona’s death by suicide. In a statement, they described their daughter as “a loving young girl who was smart, creative and loved to dance,” adding that she was deeply loved by her family. They also asked for privacy and encouraged anyone experiencing mental-health difficulties to contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

The couple also share daughters Mabel, 17, and Nixie, 10. Mabel publicly addressed her grief in an Instagram post on October 3, writing that she would honor Fiona and keep her memory alive.

Lowe later returned to social media by sharing a message about grief and healing on Instagram Stories. Two days afterward, he and Painter appeared with Mabel and Nixie at the wedding of Lowe’s nephew, Matthew Lowe, and Emily Markus.
