Cardi B has revealed that her son with Stefon Diggs is named Grey M.D., sharing photos of him to mark his first birthday. “Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D!!” she wrote in a social media post.
The rapper said that carrying Grey through a demanding and uncertain period gave her extra strength. She added that he had brought new meaning to her life and praised his smile, laugh and spirit.
The photos showed the toddler in several settings, including sitting on a bed in a baseball cap and wearing a doctor costume for Halloween.
Cardi announced in November 2025 that she had welcomed a baby, but did not initially share further details. She later confirmed on her Instagram Story that the child was a boy. Diggs had also spoken about the baby in an interview with People, saying he looked forward to getting him to do push-ups, sit-ups and run around.
In May of the following year, Cardi accused her ex of being an absent father, claiming he had met their youngest child only five times.
