Cardi B celebrated her youngest son’s first birthday on Wednesday, November 4, sharing new photos and revealing his name publicly for the first time. In an Instagram tribute, the rapper referred to the child she shares with NFL player Stefon Diggs as Grey M.D.
“It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever,” Cardi wrote. She said she carried Grey during an uncertain and high-pressure period in her life, and that her pregnancy gave her added strength. She also wrote that he had brought new meaning to a “Grey day,” adding that his smile, laugh and spirit light up her life.
Cardi welcomed Grey on November 4, 2025. She had shared newborn photos later that month but kept his name private. In January, she denied fans’ speculation that he was named Grayson.
Grey is Cardi’s fourth child and her first with Diggs. She also has three older children with her estranged husband, Offset: Kulture, Wave and Blossom.
