Brittany Snow says she is grateful for her divorce from Tyler Stanaland, reflecting on the split three years after their separation. Speaking on the November 2 episode of Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast, Snow said her life and current partnership feel very different in retrospect.

Snow also recalled feeling uncertain soon after the separation. At 37, she was staying in an Airbnb with her dog and wondering how she would rebuild her life. She said support from women friends—and reading online accounts from women who had faced similar changes later in life—helped her through that period.

Snow and Stanaland married in March 2020 and announced their separation in September 2022. Stanaland said at the time that they had made the decision with love and mutual respect, and that they wanted to live more fulfilling and authentic lives. Snow filed for divorce in January 2023, citing irreconcilable differences; the terms were finalized that July.

Snow previously discussed the breakup on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast in March 2024. She said Stanaland’s appearance on “Selling the OC” had damaged their relationship and remarked that events people believed had happened did happen. Stanaland denied being unfaithful during their marriage and said he would make no further comments on the matter.

Snow began dating photographer Hunter Moreno in 2024, and their engagement was confirmed in November 2025. Stanaland married Hannah Morrissey that same month; the couple announced in May that they were expecting their first child.
