Brittany Mahomes criticized NFL officials following the Kansas City Chiefs’ 28-24 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday, November 1. The defeat marked the team’s second consecutive loss.

In an Instagram Story, Brittany, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, questioned a ruling involving what appeared to be a potential game-winning touchdown. “You can’t tell me you call that on a game winning TD [touchdown], oh wait yeah I can cause it’s us,” she wrote, adding a smiling face emoji.

She later added, “That was the weakest call I have ever seen, you can’t tell me otherwise,” in white text over a black background.

NFL insider Ari Meirov later shared a screenshot of the post on X, where some users disagreed with Brittany’s assessment. One commenter criticized her for complaining about the officials, while another mocked Chiefs fans for objecting to the calls.

Patrick Mahomes completed passes for 321 yards and three touchdowns in the game. Brittany, 31, is a regular presence at Chiefs games and often attends with the couple’s three children: Sterling, 5, Bronze, 3, and Golden, 21 months.

Brittany has also commented on other Chiefs games. After Kansas City’s October 4 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, she appeared to reference Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak’s halftime interview in an Instagram post that read, “We’re winning. We’re gonna win the game.” At the time, Las Vegas led 30-27.

Brittany married Patrick Mahomes in March 2022 and frequently wears Chiefs-themed outfits, often coordinating her clothing with the team’s red, white and gold colors. She has also shared photos of her children wearing Chiefs apparel, including a “Red Kingdom” shirt, Chiefs hair bows and clothing featuring Patrick’s number 15.
