Blac Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White, is facing a $116,732.37 tax lien filed by the California Franchise Tax Board for the 2024 tax year. The filing comes years after her former partner Rob Kardashian stopped paying monthly child support for their daughter, Dream.

Kardashian initially agreed to pay Chyna $20,000 a month after they reached a custody agreement in 2017. He sought to reduce the payments in 2018, saying he could no longer afford the amount. In March 2019, the former couple agreed that neither would pay child support. They would cover Dream’s expenses during their own parenting time and split certain costs, including medical care and school.

Chyna later described raising her children without child support as her “biggest flex” in a 2020 interview. Kardashian has said he paid $37,000 a year for Dream’s school, along with her medical bills and extracurricular activities.

Chyna also shares a son, King Cairo, with rapper Tyga. In a 2023 custody settlement, they agreed to joint legal and physical custody, with Chyna spending time with King from Friday through Monday. Tyga was not required to pay child support under the arrangement.

Chyna and Kardashian drew attention to their relationship again in October 2025, when she posted photos and tagged him with the caption, “This love is forever.” Days later, she said at the Los Angeles Women’s Expo that they were healing and communicating, adding that they were taking their time.
