The sexual battery lawsuit filed by makeup artist Samantha Suarez against Bravo, NBC and “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” star Gary King has reached a conditional settlement, according to new court documents reported by TMZ.

Suarez’s legal team said the parties had agreed to terms that require certain conditions to be completed before the case is dismissed. The documents give the parties 45 days to fulfill those conditions, with a request to dismiss the lawsuit expected to be filed no later than January 15, 2027.

Suarez previously alleged that King pressured her to have sex with him and, while intoxicated, grabbed and restrained her before holding a door shut. She claimed he released her and allowed her to leave after another employee called and she answered the phone.

The makeup artist also alleged that she and her boyfriend, Grey Duddleston, were fired after reporting the incident and placed on a “do not hire” list. Her claims included sexual battery, a hostile work environment, retaliation and wrongful termination.

The conditional settlement indicates that the case may be dismissed once the agreed requirements are completed.
