Beanie Feldstein has revealed that she and her wife, Bonnie-Chance Roberts, welcomed their first child months ago. The actress shared the news in an interview with People on Wednesday, saying they have a daughter whose name has not been disclosed.
Feldstein described becoming a mother as a profound experience and said she had long hoped to have a daughter. She also praised Roberts as a parent, calling motherhood with her wife a special gift.
The Booksmart star said she experienced health complications after giving birth. She added that motherhood has helped her discover a new sense of strength.
Among her treasured early memories, Feldstein recalled seeing her daughter smile for the first time. She said she felt a connection with the baby from the moment she was born.
Feldstein and Roberts married in New York in May 2023. Their wedding had a summer-camp theme, inspired by Feldstein’s childhood experiences and her family’s connections to camp.
