Actor Beanie Feldstein and her wife, film producer Bonnie-Chance Roberts, have welcomed their first child, a daughter. The couple shared the news in a new interview with People published Wednesday, November 4, after the baby arrived over the summer.
Feldstein, 33, said becoming a mother has surpassed her expectations. She had long hoped to have a child and specifically dreamed of having a daughter. She also praised Roberts, 35, as a mother and described raising their baby together as a special experience.
One of Feldstein’s favorite moments so far was seeing her daughter smile for the first time, a few weeks before the interview. She also spoke about finding a new sense of strength in motherhood and said she had experienced health complications, without giving further details.
The couple has not shared their daughter’s name. They announced the pregnancy in May 2026, and Feldstein later confirmed they were expecting a girl during an appearance on CBS Mornings.
Feldstein and Roberts met while working on the 2019 film How to Build a Girl. They became engaged in 2022 and married in May 2023.
